- Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Required; Advanced degree in a relevant field – Advantage.
- Significant managerial experience in R&D (Research and Development) and Engineering, including team building and achieving results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven track record of leading products from the development phase to commercial launch.
- Deep understanding of industrial development, market trends, and innovative technologies. Experience in industrial automation or automated systems – Advantage.
