• Technical Requirements & Qualifications
• Program Leadership: 8–10 years of experience leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary technology programs.
• Core Migration Expertise: A proven track record of replacing complex Core systems (Mainframe/Monolith) with modern, distributed architectures.
• Data Strategy Mastery: Deep understanding of complex data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and maintaining Data Integrity during large-scale migrations.
• Complex Stakeholder Management: Experience working with government agencies, financial institutions, or large-scale public bodies.
• Modern Architecture Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microservices, Event-driven architecture, and Cloud-native environments.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Successful decommissioning of legacy modules with zero downtime for critical services.
• Architecture of a scalable, ontology-based data layer that reduces data silos.
• Effective alignment and "buy-in" from both internal dev teams and external regulatory bodies.
