- Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years as a Team Lead / Tech Lead (direct management of 5+ developers).
- Tech Stack: Solid Full-Stack foundation with proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, and React.
- Architecture & Cloud: Proven hands-on experience with distributed microservices, Monorepo environments (e.g., Nx), and cloud/DevOps technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
- AI Mindset: Strong grasp of AI tools for engineering productivity (Copilot, Cursor) as well as familiarity with LLM/Agent architecture principles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in GIS / digital mapping environments.
- Background in government projects or high-security/compliance environments.
