- Significant hands-on knowledge and experience in Salesforce – Mandatory
- Proven experience managing a P&L unit – Mandatory
- Experience managing professional teams of at least 15 employees – Mandatory
- Experience managing complex projects, budgets, timelines and resources – Mandatory
- Deep understanding of Salesforce products and implementation methodologies – Mandatory
- Strong business and strategic orientation – Mandatory
- Technical background in Salesforce – Advantage
