This is not a traditional brand-focused CMO role.
This is a strategic and commercial leadership role for someone who understands the business behind acquisition, affiliate economics, player quality, GEO expansion, retention, LTV, ROI, and product commercialization.

- 5+ years of strong iGaming experience, with real exposure to Online Casino / Real Money Gaming
- Senior experience in Growth, Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, or Commercial Marketing
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, FTD, NDC, LTV, ROI, and acquisition economics
- Proven experience scaling acquisition activity in international markets
- Ability to connect acquisition strategy with player quality, retention, profitability, and business value
- Strong product and go-to-market orientation
- Experience working with CEOs, Product, Data, and senior leadership teams
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical decision-making
- Ability to build processes, challenge assumptions, and drive execution
- Excellent English and strong executive communication skills

- Experience with multi-brand online casino operations
- Experience entering and scaling new GEOs
- Strong international iGaming and affiliate network
- Experience in entrepreneurial, fast-growing, or lean iGaming environments
- Experience building or transforming a marketing/growth function
- Experience with Curaçao-licensed casino brands and international markets
