- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, HR analytics, compensation, payroll, finance or data-oriented role.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills – required.
- Experience working with large employee datasets and performing data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with HRIS / HR systems – an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Query or other data analysis tools – an advantage.
- Ability to identify trends and translate data into clear insights.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality and responsibility.
- Good English skills.
