5 years experience as DBA, at least 3 of them as MySQL DBA
Hands-on experience with DBA failover, security, optimization, backup etc
Hands-on experience with DB design, testing and maintenance
Self-managed, can work as a single DBA in the organization
Experience with a scripting language - Python, Bash
Issue resolution abilities and good analysis to root cause detection
Mandatory -- good English, both written and spoken
