- At least 5 years experience in marketing and sales roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with preparing marketing and sales proposals and providing effective and tailor-made solutions for complex technologies customers
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- In-depth knowledge of defense industry regulations and export controls
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
- Familiarity with UAV’s or Loitering Munition is a plus
- Technical knowledge in the specified sectors
- Proven track record in the defense market – advantage
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
