- Relevant experience in Hardware Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Systems Engineering.
- System-level understanding of Command & Control (C2) systems, preferably shelter-based/mobile command units, networking infrastructures, and computing platforms.
- Experience in system architecture design and technical specification development.
- Familiarity with engineering standards (experience in a defense environment is an advantage).
- Understanding of electrical systems.
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Previous experience in the defense industry or other relevant organizations.
- Experience working with C2 shelters, mobile command units, containerized systems, or other integrated operational platforms.
