- Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, working closely with Enterprise clients
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel, with full ownership of budget, risk, scope, and monitoring for each
- Demonstrated expertise in handling the complexity and scale typical of Enterprise-level engagements
- Technical background – an advantage
- Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities – proven ability to juggle several Enterprise projects at once without losing control of details
- Strong self-learning ability
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including with senior/Enterprise stakeholders
- Great interpersonal skills – a genuine "people person"
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel
- Ability to drive multiple tasks to completion
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
