We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Lead to build and lead our AI activity.
You will own the architecture of LLM-based systems end to end – from use-case definition to production – while still writing code every week.
This is a builder role, not an advisory or adoption role.

- Requirements – Must have
- 6+ years of hands-on software development; strong Python (TypeScript / Java / C# an advantage)
- 2+ years building LLM / GenAI systems, with at least 2 systems delivered to production or real pilots
- Led at least one AI system from idea to production as tech lead or architect
- Proven hands-on experience with RAG and AI Agents / Agentic AI
- Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or MCP
- Vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, pgvector or Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
- Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Docker, APIs and CI/CD
- Advantages
- Fine-tuning, prompt optimization, LLMOps tools (LangSmith, Langfuse, MLflow)
- On-prem / air-gapped LLM deployment (relevant for defense and industrial clients)
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, defense or semiconductor environments
- Public proof of work: GitHub, demos, technical talks or blog posts
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
