- What we’re looking for?
- 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience leading at least one AI, GenAI or ML-based product, feature or solution into production.
- Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with data.
- A builder mentality — curiosity, initiative and willingness to test ideas rather than only define them.
- Ability to work independently in an environment where not everything is predefined.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect business needs with technical execution.
- Advantage-
- Experience with SQL, Python, prototyping, automations or modern AI development tools will be a strong advantage, as will experience working in a large or regulated organization.
