- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on capabilities.
- 2–3 years of experience leading a development team, professionally and/or managerially.
- Proven experience developing AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience building AI infrastructure, AI platforms, or reusable AI components.
- Experience in integrating AI capabilities into existing software products and business processes.
- Experience developing AI-First systems or LLM/Agent-based solutions.
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Azure.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and Agent frameworks.
- Experience taking products or systems from PoC to Production.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – an advantage.
