- Native-level English, written and spoken — this one's non-negotiable
- 2+ years of text editing experience, in-house at a brand (beauty or consumer goods) or at an agency
- Confidence with markup and tracking tools in Word and Adobe Reader, and solid Excel
- Packaging experience — a real advantage
- Familiarity with cosmetic ingredient lists (INCI) — nice to have
- Extra languages — always welcome
