- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in an analytical role / Data Analyst / Business Analyst
- Strong Excel skills
- AI orientation and familiarity with AI tools
- Experience with SQL – a strong advantage
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
- Knowledge of CRM & employee systems / HRIS platforms / Salesforce – an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail alongside a broad business perspective
- Strong communication and presentation skills
