- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in a managerial and hands-on technical role overseeing global teams.
- Deep technical experience with Linux, as well as managing network systems (LAN/WAN/VoIP)
- Extensive hands-on experience working with virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.), physical servers.
- Expertise in network infrastructure (switches, routers, communication cabinets) and security protocols, including firewalls and VPNs.
- Ability to actively resolve complex IT issues and provide high-level technical support to both internal teams and partners.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor global teams while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence.
- .Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, etc.) and storage solutions (SAN, NAS)
- Experience in data privacy and security regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones, particularly in Ukraine, the Philippines, and other international offices
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and large-scale IT environments
- Experience working with remote data centers (co-location) and “smart hands”
