- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Master’s degree in Engineering – Advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in UAV systems development and in working with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with UAV or aircraft certification and regulation processes – Advantage
- Managerial experience – Advantage
- Strong system-level understanding with the ability to maintain a holistic view while delving into technical details
- High multitasking ability and experience managing multiple technical interfaces
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in customer requirements analysis, internal requirements definition, and leading system design processes
