- At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supplier Management in manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading projects and managing cross-functional interfaces.
- Proven experience working with manufacturing subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret Cables Assemblies or Electronic Boards (PCB / PCBA) drawings (advantage).
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills with a system-level mindset.
- Experience in project-oriented, high-mix / low-volume environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Priority – advantage).
- High level of Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
