- Experience: 10+ years of proven leadership experience in Supply Chain Management and Planning (SIOP/S&OP) within a global industrial/manufacturing company (experience with advanced mechanical/multidisciplinary systems – a major advantage).
- Leadership: Strong track record of managing managers and leading large-scale global operations.
- Education:
- o B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (IE&M) – Required.
- o MBA or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain – A strong advantage.
- Global Orientation: Deep understanding of global vendor management, international logistics, and working across multiple time zones.
- Languages: Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken) – Must.
- Systems: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP/Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
